This course focuses on designing, securing, and operationalizing AI-powered internal knowledge systems that turn organizational data into actionable intelligence for teams. 

Internal Knowledge Systems (IKS) are a critical foundation for effective AI operations. This half-day course teaches participants how to design, build, and govern AI-powered knowledge systems that centralize internal content, enable semantic search, and support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) use cases. Learners will explore knowledge architecture, data ingestion pipelines, vector databases, access control, and operational best practices for keeping knowledge systems accurate, secure, and scalable.
