AI for Business Operations introduces leaders and practitioners to the practical use of artificial intelligence to improve efficiency, reliability, and decision-making across core business operations. This course focuses on how AI augments—not replaces—existing operational systems, processes, and teams. 

This half-day course provides a foundational understanding of how AI can be applied across business operations, including systems monitoring, process optimization, security awareness, and operational decision support. Participants will explore where AI delivers value today, how to identify high-impact operational use cases, and how to safely adopt AI within existing organizational constraints. The course establishes a common operational AI vocabulary and prepares learners for more advanced automation, knowledge systems, and copilots covered in later courses.
